Bullied teen Eddie (Marc Price) is devastated to hear of the sudden death of his idol, infamous heavy metal star Sammi Curr (Tony Fields). But when he's given a copy of Sammi's final unreleased recordings by radio DJ Nuke (Gene Simmons), Eddie soon discovers that Sammi is preparing for the ultimate Halloween comeback ... from beyond the grave.

 

A rare screening of the cult 1986 teen horror/comedy that perfectly exploits the '80s fear of metal acts burying subliminal Satanic messages in their music.

 

Featuring the big screen debut of Ozzy Osbourne (playing a TV evangelist decrying the evils of heavy metal) and Kiss legend Gene Simmons, Trick or Treat also boats a suitably rockin' soundtrack from Brit metal outfit Fastway (aka Motörhead guitarist 'Fast' Eddie Clarke and future Flogging Molly vocalist, Dave King).
