The Gentlemen Songsters are one of the West Midlands' top Male Voice Choirs.

Their powerful four-part harmonies have thrilled audiences for many years. We are delighted to welcome Carly Paoli to Dudley Town Hall for this exciting show.

 

Carly has performed in many of the iconic venues around the world, including The Royal Albert Hall and The London Palladium and alongside many household names including Andrea Bocelli, José Carreras, Joseph Calleja, Elaine Paige and Michael Bolton. She has released five critically acclaimed albums, and is working on a Christmas album to be released in the autumn.

 

Carly has performed for the now King and Queen at Windsor Castle and St James' Palace and the Prince and Princess of Wales in the Royal Variety Performance. She has also featured in major sporting occasions, being the first person to sing 'God Save the King' at the Italy v England match at the San Siro Stadium. She also opened the Ryder Cup at the Marco Simone golf course in Rome. Most recently she has been on tour around the UK with Alfie Boe.

 

She was described by His Holiness, Pope Francis as having "the voice of an angel" when her new, original version of 'Ave Maria' was adopted as the song for his

Jubilee Year of Mercy.
