Gig Caritas presents Moonlight Sinatra featuring special guest vocalist Rich Hazlewood.
Join us for an afternoon of Big Band swing music, paying tribute to the legendary Frank Sinatra and featuring well-known standards from the pen of Sammy Nestico and Mark Taylor.
The Gig Caritas Big Band under the direction of Edward Roberts-Malpass.
Proceeds from this event will be donated to the local branch of Sands, which aims to reduce the number of babies dying and to support anyone affected by the death of a baby, before, during or shortly after birth, whenever this happened and for as long as they need support.
At Gig Caritas we work hard to give you great entertainment, by bringing together a diverse range of local arts and talents to support and build community spirit in the region.
We've done this since 2011 to raise vital funds for local charities and causes who provide much needed services but who may not have the resources to fundraise for themselves. Since then Gig Caritas has raised over £70,000 for local good causes in the region through a wide range of musical events, covering large-scale orchestral and choral productions, and smaller performances including cabarets.
All our performers give their time for no fee, sufficient in the knowledge that they are helping other people whilst having a good time themselves!
