Following the success of their 2025 performance, the Gig Caritas Big Band returns under the direction of Edward Roberts-Malpass for another stylish afternoon of swing.

With a vibrant programme of classics from the Golden Age alongside more recent favourites, Moonlight Sinatra promises an entertaining and uplifting musical experience for all.

Gig Caritas is a dynamic non-profit arts organisation based in Stourbridge, founded in 2012 with a simple but powerful mission: to raise money for local charities through high-quality musical performances. Driven by the ethos "Good Causes, Great Music", Gig Caritas brings together a diverse community of performers - many of them professional musicians or music educators - who all give their time and talent freely to support worthy local causes. These events are designed to entertain while also highlighting the incredible musical talent within the region.

We present a varied programme of concerts throughout the year, ranging from orchestral and classical events to big band, choral, and contemporary programmes, and smaller events in the community. Its core team, led by chair Keith Horsfall, works alongside a wide network of contributors to deliver events that not only entertain but make a real difference to the community.
